Ms. Wong is the founder and CEO of Queen's Medical Advisors (QMA) and a highly accomplished talent recruitment expert.  With a strong focus on the human capital aspect of business, she is also the founder of Dresden Green Consulting, a top executive search firm in Asia that she successfully built from scratch in just three years. 

 

Ms. Wong's prowess in talent recruitment and her extensive connections within the C-suite circle across various industries have enabled her to transform Dresden Green Consulting into a leading executive search firm in Asia.  Ms Wong was the Global Sector Head of KornFerry's asset and wealth management practice and had been there for 17 years.  Her experience in the industry spans over 20 years, during which she has led numerous board, C-suite, and senior engagements in both global and regional capacities. As a trilingual speaker, Ms. Wong excels in advising clients on their human capital strategies, particularly in the Asia Pacific region.
